- 🎵One of these things is not like the other🎶 😉 But really, I’ve been able to make my favorite foods work within 😍🙌🏼 my new timed-nutrition plan!! Scroll 👉🏼👀 for today’s power breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack 🤗🥑 After completing week one... I THINK it’s safe to say the #1 thing about this program that is changing E V E R Y T H I N G for me is: 1.) My afternoon slump is quite possibly—OVERRRR 🙌🏼😭💕 Guys this is such a problem that I will straight up look like some drunk homeless person on the subway with my head bobbing everywhere because typically I can’t stop myself from PASSING OUUUUT when I’m in motion 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m kinda like a baby 😴😩😬 Last week I was able to not depend on coffee in the afternoon, stay awake on the subway aaaaand not embarrass myself 🙇🏻‍♀️🙄 This is a HUGE deal for me. I start my day like a 💥firecracker 😆 thanks to endorphins from my workout, but when I need my energy in the afternoon to wrap up the day at work I’m more like a wilted tree 🥀😝 So, to be able to find the right combinations of foods to fight my afternoon slump has been a HUGE win I didn’t see coming 😍🙌🏼 8/80
