- First day back in the gym and my first training session working with a coach (@jaffestrength ). Worked up to a triple at 430 on squats, followed by backdown sets of 5 at 390. These moved fast but, because I haven’t lifted in a while, felt really heavy. Finished up with some assistance exercises that had my legs on fire. Definitely excited to see what improvements I can make under the guidance of an experienced coach! . - swipe➡️ for workout!!! the workout that i posted is what i finished with. save and try it on ur next abs day!! i used a medicine ball for some of these but all of these movements can be done with NO weight! - - i started today on the arc trainer machine- for about 12 mins/ half a mile. started it on like level 25 then ended on level 30 •then i did ab pull downs -superset with side leans with a 45 pound plate 4x20 •weighted crunches 10 pounds on each side so 20 pounds all together and 4x20 •sit ups (15) superset with russian twists (20) with 25 pound plate 3x •in & outs with 25 pound plate 4x20 (then finished w workout posted)
