I look and feel my best when I am working out, eating healthy, and being mindful about my thoughts and habits. 🌟 I've been back on a good track for a bit now (even more so in the past 2 wks) and it shows. I have found that the only way I am able to keep these habits up is when I surround myself with a supportive group of like-minded people who have the same goals! It's truly life-changing! If you want to transform your life, body and mind from the inside out, I have some great tools (and friends!) for that! 😚 Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely a #workinprogress who fails often... - FULL BODY BURN to start off my 4th of July celebrations!!! @laurajulaine @laurajulaine 🇺🇸🔥🇺🇸🔥 - I was planning on going on a run but a mile in and I was being swarmed by deer flies so I started sprinting and THEN got chased by a dog 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ So Tommy picked me up and I grabbed some 15lb DB’s & did a full body circuit instead! - 5 rounds, only rest should be for a drink of water!💦 - 1. 10 OHD Press 2. 10 Hammer curls 3. 10 pulsing lunges each leg 4. 10 Straight leg RDLs 5. 10 push-ups 6. 10 burpees - Whole outfit: @balanceathletica (pre launch end of July) Top: Small in RAIN 🌧 Bottoms: Small in PINE 🌲however, I also fit into an XS!

I need some serious motivation to increase my cardio training. 🚵‍♀️🤸‍♀️ . . . #Whole30 teaches you not to use food/drinks as a treat. So what do I call this beer? I worked hard for it. It was on my route. I ran this morning too, I deserve it. There we go again with the justifications. 🙄🙈 . . . I wanted this beer. - I woke up this morning feeling VERY anxious, a little bit sad, and also like “wtf? Why do I feel like this?!” and then...I realized it’s all part of that monthly cycle and I’m not actually crazy 😅. I’ve historically been one to power through hormonal ups and downs as if every day is the same, but I’m getting better about taking time to acknowledge where I’m at TODAY and structuring my day to support the present body/spirit 🙏🏼. So, this morning, instead of going immediately heads down on work or pushing through a high intensity workout, I put on my headphones, plugged into a podcast, and took my dog for a long walk around the neighborhood. I listened, I appreciated, and breathed...and it felt so right and so good 💫. What do you do to unwind when you feel overwhelmed (and PMS-y 🙃)?! Walks, hot tea, and meditation are my favorites ❤️!

I thought the reason why my passion for painting slipped away was because I had a far too busy schedule. Shows out I had MS. Fatigue didn't leave much room for hobbyes for years. Room I'm now learning to take back. I'm not saying that I'll be painting in the near future. But I'm saying that I wanna experiment with my new knowledge about managing a happy and healthy lifestyle along with a chronic illness.
