Morphologiquement parlant, ils sont conçus de sorte à équilibrer les dorsaux et si on ne les travaillent pas assez cela peut créer des déséquilibres musculaires, maux de dos et problème de posture... Alors oui je suis en galère, je réfléchis 15 fois si mon mouvement est correct et j’essaie d’être le plus symétrique possible (mais bon j’ai un bras qui a plus de force que l’autre #commetoutlemonde 💪🏼). - Little comparason pic here.... . Left - 9 weeks out last year Right - 9.5 weeks out today . Pretty sure I can see growth, and condition is coming in ahead of where I was at last year. Really glad I had a year off to bulk, and I am also happy with the way I bulked. I don't do lean bulking cos I truly believe in a life balance, and after 6 months on prep last year I wanted a total break from weighing and measuring (both myself and my food). Some people don't agree and think I should have had a more controlled off season, but you know what? I got my calories in. I trained my arse off consistently - never missing a week training no matter how fat I got. Yes I have had to work very hard to shift the fluff now, but that's ok. I expected that and was prepared. So to all girls (and boys) wanting to GROW you must EAT. - First #legday in a while due to a glute and lower back injury which is one of the dangers of a job that requires you to sit for long periods of time. Due to this I’ve gone lighter for my first day back at 85kg but felt really good for 10 reps on the last set of 3. I’ve been experimenting with the low bar technique recently too which I’m liking as I feel much more stable in the squat. Injuries happen unfort. Try your best to let it recover totally and always start back much much lighter and concentrate on that technique!
