- 💢Stir Fry💢 - 🐔Chicken 🍙Rice 💸Cashews 🌳Broccoli 🍶Teriyaki Sauce - 🍛This is one of my favorite meals to make as I love stir-fry. I find it very tasty and filling as it incorporates all three macronutrients. I can personally eat stir fry anytime of the day. I would usually eat this kind of meal after a workout or around dinner time, but if you wanna eat it for breakfast then that's ok too! If you don't enjoy any of the types of food mentioned, you can always switch them out for something else. If you don't like chicken you can opt it out for some white fish or lean ground turkey, if you don't like rice you can opt it out for pasta or potatoes, if you don't like broccoli you can opt it out for carrots or peppers, if you don't like cashews you can opt it out for almonds or walnuts and if you don't like teriyaki sauce you can opt it out for hot sauce or honey garlic sauce. If you decide to change the foods the calories and macronutrients will be different but will be relatively close. These are just suggestions that I've found that make great meal ideas that are simple and tasty! Pick anything you like to incorporate and make it simple! Your meals don't have to be boring!
