- There’s always a “why” when it comes to hair extensions. . “My hair is too thin.” “My hair won’t grow.” “I have a ton of breakage from coloring, pregnancy, etc.” . But here’s the thing sometimes it isn’t about hair extensions at all. . You may think it sounds silly but it’s about finding yourself. How often in life do you get lost in the day to day grind? You’re so worried about work, school, significant others, kids, laundry, the dog... the list goes on and on. You’re on the back burner. . And then one day you’ve had it. you. freaking. snap. . Sometimes there’s a defining moment.. a break up, a new job, the kids smear poop on the wall. I don’t know. But you’re ready to do something for YOU. Of course you’re not going to walk in and say “Haley, my kid threw up on the dinner table, I haven’t showered in four days and I don’t remember when I did anything for myself other than lock myself in the bedroom and cry. I’m ready to make time for myself, I want to feel confident and sexy and i want to accomplish that with NBR.” . You’re going to say “Haley, my hair is really thin and hasn’t grown past my collar bone for ten years. I want a little fullness and length.” . I see you girl. I gotchu. . What’s your why? Well, rely on an athletic coach who can guide you along this path. Rely on a competent person with years of experience, a badass curriculum. Remember that you are inevitably entrusting your health. Therefore, search carefully. ••• Do you simply want to be happy with yourself and satisfied with your body? Rely on a personal trainer who is also a lifestyle coach, because it makes no sense to complete a 12-week program if you have no intention of changing inside. I am part of this second category, I entrusted myself first to Kayla, and then to Tai and I learned during this path to find BALANCE. ••• Why would you need sculpted abs, if you can’t enjoy dinner out with friends? I learned to live life fully, I established a healthy relationship with food, and by training persistently- and with lot of patience - I achieved the aesthetic results I wanted. ••• Drastic diets, excessive workouts, obsession with calories, so on and so forth, WILL NOT LEAD YOU ANYWHERE. You must have a lot of patience and determination and above all you have to set realistic goals! I will never have the body of a VS model, I am 5’2 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I knew I could improve and build a healthy physique, which I can be proud of year round and not just for #bikiniseason 😉! - Qual è il vostro obiettivo? Sembra una domanda banale, ma è importante riflettere bene e stabilire che risultati vogliate raggiungere. Volete gareggiare? Bene, affidatevi ad un preparatore atletico - nel gergo di IG, un “coach” - che vi possa guidare in questo percorso. - Squat🙆🏻 Trop de mal sur cet exo 😅 j'ai réussi à bien améliorer ma technique au dl et bench mais j'ai toujours du mal pour le squat ! - Shared by @molsinspire Because eventually small changes make up to one huge change. ___________________ At 236 lbs I literally didn’t even want to leave the house, and in the rare moments I did want to go out and be social I would start getting ready, for nothing to fit and eventually get discouraged and give up. This journey has a million ups and down, I’ve gained weight back then lost more then done it all over again. There’s no end game. You always have to be on your game, going back to old habits = going back to your old body. My mindset was always lazy, complacent and entitled and I can honestly say that for me that was the hardest thing to overcome and the easiest to slip back into.
