- Tuesday workout done and I’m feeling strong! My ladies and I are all rocking the January Challenge group! Along with others, I am also down on the scale. After the holidays the bloat had had me way over my normal weight, and now after a couple weeks of getting back into routine, I’m down 8 pounds! Ya, you read that right! A lot of it was bloating from the sugar and alcohol, but mannnnnn, do I feel better! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 How are you doing with your health and fitness goals? Are you feeling good? Sticking to it? I’d love to know! Good or bad! 😘

- Today is considered Blue Monday. Below is an image from The Sun explaining the causes of the most depressing Monday of the year. If you feel blue today, or on any day for that matter, don’t be afraid to raise your hand and ask for a little help! Call a friend. Hug your Mom. ❀️Play some loud music and dance it out! πŸ’ƒπŸ»Make your favourite meal. πŸ”Go visit your Grandparents. 🐢Walk your dog. Take a hot bath, with bubbles! Cuddle with your cat. - Today's workout was an awesome one! Fast paced workouts bring out my competitive side! I feel like I'm racing an opponent down the field at soccer again, or racing down the court in a basketball game, or trying to round the bases as fast as possible while staring at the baseball flying in the air. Such amazing feelings, and to get that rush during an at home workout is incredible! I don't know about you, but feelings like that just make you feel alive. πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 How was your day? πŸ˜‰

- Reflecting on the past, and all of the steps that got you right where you are this very moment, can be so healing and motivating. After gaining a bit of weight over the holidays, j decided to look back at where this journey began. A friend shared with me this at home workout program she was doing, and she had amazing result. After having our first daughter, I needed to lose more than just the baby weight. There's an 89 pound difference between these two photos. I though I knew how to lose weight and get fit, but I was going about it the wrong way. Thankfully this program taught me how to eat clean, and get active, and shape my body the way I've always wanted. I lost a lot of weight, but gained so much more! I'm more confident, I'm a better wife/mother/friend because I take time out for myself each day, and I have a hobby and purpose that is just for me! I workout at home for 30 minutes or Jess, and I eat clean, family friendly meals; so anyone can do this! It's the #newyear so I'm sure you have a #resolution and if getting healthy is one of them, I'd love to help you! I run a #Challenge group every single month, I never stop! Lol.
